With an eye for identifying profitable business opportunities and a passion for entrepreneurship, Costas Panayiotou took the decision to diversify and expand his business career into Cyprus.

His current and past business career consists of asset managing the family hotel portfolio, The Ability Group, which is one of the largest privately owned hotel groups in the UK as well as owning and operating two of London’s most exclusive restaurant and lounge concepts.

The 7P team has a wealth of experience behind them. Forming a strategic partnership with Soroka Fuels has brought with it invaluable market knowledge. Established in 1994, Soroka Fuels has built a reputation based on professionalism and an exceptional high quality of service, which is key for the expansion and growth of 7P.

7P currently sells 10 million litres of fuel per annum. Over the next 5 years the vision is to increase the litres sold to 50 million per annum and expand the petrol station portfolio and the transport division, with the support of Alexandros Panayi, a shareholder in 7P, who has experience in the fuel and transportation sector.

With our combined business acumen we are able to identify and purchase sites that are underperforming and reform them, a process that benefits both the consumer and the local economy.
